Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for Stackhero purchases made through the App Store and through Paddle web checkout.
App Store Purchases
If you purchase Stackhero through Apple in-app purchase or the App Store, Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refund decisions.
You can request an App Store refund through Apple's Report a Problem flow or Apple Support. Stackhero cannot approve, deny, or directly issue App Store refunds.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous charges.
Paddle Web Purchases
If you purchase Stackhero through our website checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes the payment.
You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal by contacting support@stackhero.app with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle receipt or order number.
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the situation. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, or violation of our Terms.
Access After a Refund
When a refund is approved, paid Stackhero Pro access may end immediately or at the end of the refunded billing period, depending on the payment platform and entitlement status.
Refunding a subscription does not delete your Stackhero account. You can delete account data from the app where available or contact support for help.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region.
Digital services may be subject to platform-specific terms, local law, and payment processor requirements.
