How to build a cleaner supplement stack

A practical framework for turning scattered bottles into a schedule with reasons, timing, and measurable follow-through.

Start with the job, not the bottle

A clean stack starts by asking what each supplement is supposed to do. If the answer is vague, the product is hard to schedule and even harder to evaluate.

Group supplements by purpose, then remove anything that does not have a clear dose, reason, and review date.

Make timing explainable

Breakfast, lunch, evening, and night windows are easier to follow than a scattered set of one-off alarms.

The schedule should make mineral spacing, meal-based products, and sleep-focused supplements obvious at a glance.

Measure adherence before outcomes

If you do not know what you actually took, you cannot trust conclusions about energy, sleep, HRV, or recovery.

Stackhero treats adherence as the foundation for every later insight.
